Introduction

I don’t know everything about marketing, not by a long shot! I don’t have time to know everything, nor do I need to, nor do you! However, I do have some essential information about Branding and Marketing that is for any business or industry.

Why Marketing is the only important thing for every business?

“If I could teach my children only one thing, it would be the skill of marketing. For with that skill, they could be successful at anything they chose for the rest of their lives.”

That’s a quote from financial advisor Howard Ruff. It speaks for itself — if you can market yourself, you will always have potential buyers for whatever it is you have to offer.

This is what scares so many people, though. They think they have to know everything about marketing to be good at it.

Marketing Equals Money

Marketing equals money. Without marketing, you have no customers. And without customers, you have no money, you should be spending 80 per cent of your time, money, energy and learning in the arena of marketing!

If you are a great marketer, chances are you will make great money. And if you are a poor marketer, chances are you will struggle financially. Most people don’t focus on marketing and that’s why most people are working too hard AND earning too little. You may be one of them.

So, how’s that possible? Well, you don’t have to be smart to be the best marketer. Instead, you need to be creative, execute well, and continue to listen to and learn from your customers.

Here’s the process you can follow

1. Understand your customer

When I first started in business I tried my hand at a lot of different industries including telemarketing.

One thing I learned pretty quickly was that a cold call was pretty much a one-way ticket to a big, fat NO!

That failure taught me one of the most valuable sales lessons I’ve ever learned, and that is:

Understanding your customers helps you know what they want — and more importantly, what they don’t want!

Long story short, do your research, develop qualified leads, and give those people a solution to their problem.

This leads me to my next principle…

2. Understand their problem…then offer a solution

Taking the time to get to know your customers means understanding their problems and selling them the solution (your service or product).

By simply getting to the root of the problems you can solve with your product or service, you automatically zero in on the type of customer who might want to buy it. And that simple step not only saves you a ton of time and frustration, but it also sets you up to be able to develop the content that your potential customers can find value in.

Focus on the customer. Period.

At the end of the day, the content you share shouldn’t be (primarily) about your

product or service. It should be about providing value to the customer and solving

a problem they have. Then, and only then, do you position your company as an option to help them do more?

Four Basic Factors of Success in Digital Marketing (CATT)

Four Basic Factors of Success (CATT)

C– Creating valuable and interactive content.

A– Grabbing attention.

T– Building Trust.

T– Transaction.

You must have got a brief idea of what I meant by CATT

Creating Content: The most important and crucial part of every digital marketing strategy, content either can skyrocket your brand, or bring you down. Most of us usually copy-paste someone’s else’s content whether it is a simple meme on social media or an article for our blog, sad truth but unless You really put your sweat in doing it, you won’t appreciate your own work.

Think about it this way, if you can’t invest time in creating content for your visitors then what makes you think they will value it!!

Grabbing Attention: You can’t sell anything to someone who is not even bothered to pay 2 or 3 seconds of his valuable time to pay attention, right? Eye-catching, attractive, and informative content plays a big role in it if you can engage your visitor in the first 5 seconds and bring his hopes up in reading further then it’s definitely a win-win situation.

Building Trust: So what makes a customer trust your brand? I believe its value, content and the experience they are getting only because of you if you can achieve doing it then I’m sure customers can trust you, your reputation will follow you as you walk among them. It is very crucial to build trust or you might not achieve what you desire. It’s a human tendency not to trust someone easily but if 5 out of 1,000 people are trusting you then too it’s a big achievement that’s what I believe.

Transaction: If your content is great, your visitors are paying attention to you and trust you for what you do and see you as an expert, If you come up with something which might help them achieve the same goals as you have accomplished then they will definitely buy the product or service you’re providing, At the end that is our main goal to become known and successful in our own Niche (area of expertise).

What Is Integrated Digital Marketing?

Integrated digital marketing is, as it sounds, the integration of multiple marketing strategies to form a cohesive online approach for your business. Here’s what it typically entails:

  • web development and design
  • search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • content marketing
  • social media marketing
  • local listings management
  • paid advertising (or pay-per-click advertising) campaigns

The idea behind integrated digital marketing is that, while each strategy doesn’t have a huge impact on its own, when used in conjunction, you can create a more influential online presence.

And it’s not just some fad. It’s pretty much the status quo when it comes to tackling the digital realm. Of course, there are still one-off campaigns out there, but most agencies are moving toward integrated solutions, as a well-rounded marketing strategy provides better visibility and ROI for businesses online.

Why Is Creating A Personal Brand Important?

Your Ideal People Start To Find You

When you consistently tell your story and share snippets of your personality with your audience across social media, you will notice more people actively engaging, following, and sharing your content.

The more personality you can add to your business, the easier it will get to find your tribe. Over time you will build this community of like-minded people who value your skills and sees you as an expert in your industry.

You will notice that people will either love you or hate you, and that’s okay! You wouldn’t want someone who thinks you have a weird personality or someone who constantly disagrees with you to be a part of your tribe.

One of the biggest reasons for creating a personal brand is to warm up this powerful group of people who are waiting to take action on anything you have to offer. Once you find your ideal followers, that’s when you can really start making a profit and reaching your goals.

For example, let’s say you have an event coming up in a few months and the goal is to sell out the event. When you have the right people waiting, you could sell out the event in a matter of minutes.

Conclusion
With the deep knowledge in marketing, integrating the digital tools and Social Media to market online as Integrated Digital Marketing with Proper personal Branding as an influencer mass trust builder we can make money on online marketing for most of the business and industries.
